1. No Returns & Refunds
At Givi Naturals, we take great pride in providing high-quality handmade skincare and haircare products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a product has been sold.
2. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed and shipped, cancellation is not possible.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
We ensure careful packaging and quality checks before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

- Attach clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number.
- After verification, we may provide a replacement or issue a store credit at our discretion.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products purchased during promotions or discounts
- Custom-made or personalized products
